Apex™ RZ 10 Type 4 Dental Stone

Apex RZ 10 is a resin reinforced natural gypsum die material, available in two expansion variations making it the perfect choice to complement any technique. Perfect for all crown and bridge applications as well as implant or precision attachment cases. Resin additives eliminate brittleness and add superior external hardness. The exclusive Apex flow agent allows for excellent stackability, while promoting free material flow during vibration.

Excalibur™ Type 4 Dental Stone

With its smooth mixing characteristics and ample setting time, Excalibur produces a “textbook” model every time. Die trimming becomes a worry-free procedure due to the ultra-fine gypsum base, which prevents nicks and abrasions caused by brittleness. Recommended for use as crown and bridge or partial denture models. Suitable for use with all impression materials. Gypsum hardeners are not recommended.

CAD-Scan™ Type 4 Dental Stone

CAD-Scan is a unique gypsum material that contains a special scanning additive and resin reinforcement. CAD-scan reflects light nicely for essential readability, allowing for a shorter working time, and is manufactured from an ultra-fine gypsum base, which prevents nicks and abrasions caused by brittleness. CAD-scan has a low expansion and high compressive strength, making it the material of choice for all CAD/CAM restorations. It is perfect for production environments, as well as those single cases requiring a rapid set.

Express Set is a Type IV specialty stone with an extremely fast set time, smooth mixing consistency, and uniform color matrix. Models can be released from the impression in 5 minutes, producing a precision cast expressly suited for mouth guards, custom trays, study casts, models for opto-electronic/laser scanning with powder, temporaries and denture repairs.
